Seven Lions And Andrew Bayer Create Triumphant First-Ever Collab In ‘Returning To You’

Seven Lions and Andrew Bayer, two talents from not-so-different sides of the dance music spectrum, have teamed up on original, “Returning To You.” Featuring vocalist Alison May, melodic bass, trance, and progressive house all make an appearance in this single which not only captures the best parts of both artists within one grand adventure, but shatters expectations when it comes to emotionally moving dance music tracks.

Rinsing out at 110 BPM, luscious synths and fitting drops that fit that energy level here is just the start of this well-written sonic adventure. The track drops ahead off their sold out show in Red Rocks, (July 28th, 2021,) giving fans just enough time to get to know, “Returning To You,” without too much time passing where it could pass it’s ‘fresh’ feeling phase.

Both artist being DJ/producers very much considered in the space of EDM, there’s much that brings them together but also much that makes them unique.

Seven Lions made his break remixing, “You Got To Go,” by Above and Beyond in 2012, from there he got his chance to change what melodic bass could mean through singles, remixes, and EP’s; adding imaginative trance and progressive components to it that completely changes the scope of what the culture thought was ever possible at the time. Now head of a label Ophelia Records which has gone on to smashing success, a re-building of his high-demand performances in the making, and an always on-going evolution of his one-of-a-kind style, Seven Lions is deserving of the A-list status he’s achieved today.

Andrew Bayer has accumulated more under one umbrella in terms of success than many artists do in a life time. His Berklee College of Music graduation paved the way for Grammy nominations, collaborations with Above & Beyond, landing his music in the top 5 within the Billboard US album charts, and so much more. Having played at events such as Tomorrowland, EDCLV, Creamfields UK, and Electric Zoo, it’s no wonder he’s at the level that he is.
