Anyma Packs More Energy Into Dom Dolla’s ‘Dreamin’

Anyma takes on Dom Dolla and Daya’s latest single ‘Dreamin’. The Afterlife artist premiered the remix at his recent Sphere shows, to much acliam.

Although Dom Dolla didn’t open for Anyma during the residency, he recently played the remix during his own major headlining run—two sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden in New York. The track understandably went off – bringing an energetic take to the track that so many people

The remix injects Anyma’s energy into the single, which heavily focuses on the vocals. The combination works, but does not feel too different than the original. Seeing the names Anyma and Dom Dolla is eye-catching and it feels this remix does not live up to the hype their names bring. Whilst the remix does its job, it does not feel like something to be praised in time. If fans and DJs are looking for a more impactful version of ‘Dreamin’ – this is perfect but does not really bring much new to the table, especially from artists who have been revolutionary.
