Apple reveals new AirPods Pro, available October 30

It has been revealed that Apple will launch new AirPods Pro that will be available on October 30th via, Apple Store App, and in stores. The new AirPods promise to have exciting new features that include Active Noise Cancellation and “superior, immersive” sound with a new lightweight, in-ear design.

Other features include the new Transparency mode designed to allow users to simultaneously listen to music and hear the surrounding environment; improved performance and battery life; audio sharing to allow multi-listeners on compatible Apple products; and Voice-activated Siri.

Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, had this to say:

“AirPods are the best-selling headphones in the world. The one-tap setup experience, incredible sound and iconic design have made them a beloved Apple product, and with AirPods Pro, we’re taking the magic even further.”

“The new in-ear AirPods Pro sound amazing with Adaptive EQ, fit comfortably with flexible ear tips and have innovative Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode. We think customers are going to love this new addition to the AirPods family.”

AirPods Pro will be available for $249 (US).
