When a song sends chills down your spine and sooths the soul in a captivating manner, you know it’s a special one to be cherished. ASHE & Oliver Wickham clearly clicked up in an authentic way and hit a lovely wavelength on this one. The single starts out with gentle sample choice on the percussion end while soft, sustained keys create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Light arpeggios dazzle while synthetic brass formulates the last part of the beat. Oliver Wickham’s vocal work takes the progressive nature afoot to a new level, bringing the track to it’s full potential while layering something that naturally fits to the beat.
ASHE isn’t afraid to go his own way in electronic music but knows how to stitch together something relevant and fitting. The solo electronic artist has been well-recognized through his work including being signed to labels such as mau5trap, (deadmau5’s label,) as well as rising Toronto-based label Emercive. His sound can be picked out of a line up and he’s worked hard to make it that way.
Oliver Wickham has done scores of collaborations where he has lend his vocals in a moment-making manner.
