Going back to 2002, trance artist Ayumi Hamasaki dropped what would be an unforgettable album within the genre’s circles via his release Cyber TRANCE presents ayu trance 2. It was one of the biggest trance albums of the year at the time and boasts serious throwback status. The album received a hefty handful of remixes thanks to names like Ferry Corsten, Rank 1, Push, Lange, Flip & Fill and more, yet not all the remixes got to see the light of day.
Now in 2021 of November, Ayumi Hamasaki has decided to release a Complete Edition of this sacred album, give a more fulfilling and thorough experience fans have been waiting decades for. This edition will indeed feature remixes that were never published or only made available in certain territories.
The album has received support from Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Airwave, Darren Tate, System F and Moogwai over the many years and probably will again thanks to this long-awaited addition finally seeing the light of day.
