The highly anticipated Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has been canceled for the remainder of its 2025 run, following severe weather that made the festival grounds unsafe. Organizers announced the difficult decision late Friday evening, June 13, citing an updated forecast from the National Weather Service predicting “significant and steady precipitation that will produce deteriorating camping and egress conditions in the coming days.”
The festival, which officially began on Thursday, June 12, and featured performances by artists such as Dom Dolla and Luke Combs, saw its Friday schedule severely disrupted by heavy rains and storms. This led to the evacuation of the main concert area, Centeroo, early in the afternoon. Despite initial attempts to resume some activities, the ongoing and worsening weather concerns ultimately led to the full cancellation of the event.
This marks the second time in four years that Bonnaroo has been forced to cancel due to weather, with the 2021 event also being called off due to flooding.
