Chris Varvaro Has Us “Intoxicated” With New Single

Despite summer being in full swing without an in-person festival season to keep us sane, New Jersey-based producer Chris Varvaro has gifted us with his first release of the season, “Intoxicated.” While many of us should probably be at a festival right now and searching for Carl, this uplifting anthem is a euphonious, bittersweet reminder of what we have to look forward to next year.

When Chris Varvaro originally began to create the track, he had summer in mind. He wanted to create something he could see thousands of people jumping together in bliss with. “Intoxicated” encapsulates that moment perfectly through its sonics. “Intoxicated” immediately introduces a melodic soundscape, which guides the way towards a series of euphoric and feel-good progressive house drops. Just close your eyes, forget about the worries of the world, and drift off to your happy place.

“It has been so sad for me to see people struggling right now and many events being converted into virtual shows. I am glad the events are still happening online and I hope that people will enjoy this record with a bit of nostalgia!”
