Insomniac has dropped the stellar lineup for its 11th annual Countdown NYE festival, which will touch down in a new home for its 2025 edition: the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event promises an out-of-this-world experience, running from 7 pm to 5 am.
This year’s lineup is headlined by some of the biggest names in electronic music, including house music superstar John Summit, the Grammy-nominated trio Above & Beyond, and the legendary Eric Prydz under his Pryda alias. Also gracing the stage will be Madeon with a DJ set, the emotionally charged sounds of SLANDER, drum and bass powerhouse Sub Focus, and the explosive energy of Crankdat and Wuki.
The festival will also feature a diverse range of other artists, from LA club scene disruptor AK SPORTS and viral tech-house duo Ship Wrek to high-BPM selector MPH. For those who prefer harder and faster sounds, the lineup includes underground techno and hard dance heavyweights like Kobosil, Cera Khin, Clara Cuvé, Kevin de Vries, and Shlømo.
Countdown NYE 2025 will feature four immersive stages and the return of the provocative Red Light District. Festival-goers can wander through towering art installations and mingle with mysterious extraterrestrial civilisations as they ring in the new year.
