Destino Five Ibiza, part of The Pacha Group’s hospitality portfolio, officially reopened as a five-star hotel on June 1, 2025, following a transformative winter renovation. The project included a complete redesign of the property’s 159 rooms and suites, each updated with a refined contemporary aesthetic.
The extensive transformation enhanced the hotel’s luxury accommodations, including the well-known Cherry Vista and Cherry Suites, which continue to offer private terraces and XL pools with panoramic views. New additions to the property include a fire pit for evening gatherings and a new outdoor gym.
The culinary program at the resort has also been updated with several dining options. Cielo, located on a finca-style terrace, serves breakfast and lunch with live music. Elia offers a Greek dining experience with sunset views over the sea, while Playa Pacha provides a poolside environment with cocktails and Mediterranean bites.
A significant focus of the renovation was on sustainability. The hotel now operates on 100% Green Power, has reduced its carbon footprint by 46%, and utilizes advanced recycling measures to conserve water. The resort also sources fresh produce from the island through the 0 KM program and is targeting a LEED Gold or Higher certification from the US Green Building Council.
In addition to the accommodation and dining, the hotel’s iconic open-air venue is set to host a full season of musical performances.
