Matching Barus’ personality, the soft housey dance pop tune which is lathered with soul-soaked melodies, emmits good vibrations from start to finish. While it was originally written during sessions in LA prior to the current situation, the pair hope it’s message will uplift their fans from around the world during the difficult times at present.
CADE who has frequently collaborated with Cheat Codes and ammassed more than half a billion streams speaking on the record says “‘Down’ is a record about simply living in the moment with your significant other and not stressing or over-thinking about what the future might hold. Simple as lemonade. I hope this record can bring smiles and joy to everyone as we experience stressful times around the world with COVID-19.”
