Directly following his two-track EP Paddywack, which featured collaborations with Willy B. and WOAHH!, emerging talent Diskull has returned with one of his strongest singles to date, curating otherworldly tech house grooves on “Gimme the Loot.” Driven by energetic rap samples and hard-hitting basslines, “Gimme the Loot” showcases Diskull’s unmatched knack for creating irresistible house records, and makes for a great addition to his extensive discography.
Based in Charlotte, NC, Diskull has signed his tunes to multiple industry-leading imprints such as Insomniac, Dirtybird, Box of Cats, Country Club Disco and Do Not Duplicate, while his earlier 2022 single “Lucky Charm” broke into the top 20 on Beatport’s Tech House Hype Chart, and received radio support from Fedde Le Grand, CID and Plastik Funk. This marks just one of multiple milestones Diskull has achieved over the past years. Last year, he was crowned the winner of the EDC Las Vegas Discovery Project for his remix of SIDEPIECE’s “Acrobatic” on Insomniac Records, and went on to perform at the festival, as well as receive an official remix release.
