DJ Mag Reveals List of Top 100 DJs 2020

DJ Mag’s annual competition to crown the best DJ has just taken place as usual at AMF (Amsterdam Music Festival). This unusual year means for a virtual event and likely a different top 100 lineup.

Many artists and industry individuals speak out against the DJ Mag Top 100 as it can be viewed as a simple popularity contest, driven by fan votes. which ultimately does not accurately represent the top 100 DJs. Many have boycotted it, however, it is something that can be used as a marketing tool, especially throughout Asia.

Over the past several years, there has been a main collective of artists throughout the top results. Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin van Buuren and David Guetta are consistently at the top end of the 100.
