EXIT Festival Embarks On ‘The First Chapter’ With Global Tour

Renowned music festival EXIT is launching an ambitious global tour, ‘The First Chapter’, moving beyond its traditional Serbian home. This new journey will take the festival’s signature energy to exciting destinations across Egypt, India, Malta, Croatia, Macedonia, and Serbia.

According to Dušan Kovačević, EXIT’s Founder & CEO, the decision “aims to unite continents through music and carry the spirit of freedom wherever we go” positioning EXIT as both a cultural and commercial bridge across markets. With this global expansion, EXIT joins a select group of European festivals (like Tomorrowland and Ultra) turning their brand equity into a scalable touring business model.

The tour’s first stop is the Adriatic gem of Umag, Istria, in Croatia. Here, the Sea Star Festival will take place in the beautiful Stella Maris lagoon, a location already famed for hosting major global acts.

Following the Croatian leg, June will feature a festival in Macedonia. As summer continues, August brings a festival adventure to the Mediterranean island of Malta, promising events across several stunning locations.

In October, the tour heads to a truly magical location: the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. EXIT will stage an event blending modern electronic rhythms with the timeless legacy of the ancient wonders.

November sees the tour visit two distinct metropolises. EXIT will make its first-ever appearance in India, landing in Mumbai, the vibrant heart of Bollywood and the country’s bustling business centre. During the same month, the festival returns to Serbia for a special engagement in its capital. Belgrade’s fan-favourite No Sleep Festival will be evolved into one of the continent’s biggest raves, continuing its legacy in the city known for its legendary party marathons.

This inaugural world tour signifies a bold new chapter for EXIT, swapping its fortress origins for a diverse lineup of global stages.
