Everyone’s favorite Aussie has returned. Flume has released a brand new tune featuring the angelic Vera Blue. “Rushing Back” makes its debut just in time for his home country run that includes Listen Out music festival.
He ensnares our attention once more with “Rushing back” and Vera Blue’s enchanted vocals slithering through our minds. It premiered on Triple J earlier this morning, but the first sightings came from his Lollapalooza performance where Vera Blue joined him on-stage. Overall, “Rushing Back” is full of those lush Flume sounds we love and Vera Blue lends an intoxicating voice that makes for an enjoyable song.
Prior to this single, Flume released Hi This Is Flume and the ‘Friends’-featuring EP Quits, a collaborative effort with rapper Reo Cragun, plus London Grammar on ‘Let You Know’. Flume has also made waves for the now infamous Burning Man ‘Stage Performance’. It’s been quite an adventure for him.
