Flume Releases Official Eiffel 65 ‘Blue’ Remix

Just two months ago, it seems Flume got a little bored in the studio during quarantine. He found himself remixing the inescapable 1998 Europop smash hit from Eiffel 65; ‘Blue’ and paired it with a hilarious video. After much demand from fans, he has now organised an official release.

Flume’s rework of the love-it-or-loathe-it hit follows on from ‘The Difference’, his 2020 team-up with Toro y Moi, as well as collaborations with Vera Blue and London Grammar late last year.

His new take on the 22 year old track retains the key elements of the original and showcases Flumes glitchy sounds throughout the drop. While still keeping the melody intact, Flume injects it with a dose of 2020 Flume energy.
