Franky Wah Hits New High-Water Mark

As the house wave engulfs every corner of the dance world, new stars rise from the flood. A man from Yorkshire ascends, illuminating the murky floodwaters. His name – Franky Wah – and he is radiating stardom on his new, double A-side, “Free” and “Love Me”, via Ministry of Sound.

A melodic sizzler. Probably an oxymoron, but an apt description for the opening track, “Free”. A daring, searing track built by surging melodic synths and a pulsing bassline that swell and crash like waves against the Bempton Cliffs. Franky is an absolute wizard by weaving these elements into a dancefloor drenching house wave.

Franky’s grand voyage continues with the ultra sexy, “Love Me”. The track contains a vibrancy that consumes listeners in its wake, carrying them like they were floating upon a cloud through a jungle illuminated by neon lights and shimmering lasers. The ability to build worlds and transport listeners is a testament to the quality of Franky’s soundscapes and artistry.
