With a long catalog of works that date all the way back to 2014, GunFight has been methodically sharing single after single since early 2020, setting the bar for what an independent artist can do with his unmatched talent and impressive accolades. He is still buzzing off previous singles such as the drum & bass heater “Danger Time” and the bass-house anthem “Rough House in the Rave,” and has now finally returned with yet another independent release, “Maniacal Inferno.”
GunFight’s first dubstep single since “Breached” – which came out back in March – “Maniacal Inferno” ticks all the boxes for an explosive bass release with its massive drums and face-melting synth design. As he does with all his productions, GunFight has infused “Maniacal Inferno” with ethereal vocal samples and cinematic atmospheres, that nicely match his futuristic and post-apocalyptic sonic and visual aesthetic.
