HARD Summer Announces 2021 US Lineup

Southern California’s summer sensation HARD Summer appears to be moving ahead as scheduled. Set to take place July 31st and Aug 1st of this year in San Bernadino, the Insomniac-run fest unveiled their hotly-anticipated 2021 lineup, featuring a number of dance music’s heaviest hitters.

Headliners include Dillon Francis, Kayzo, Kaytranada, Rezz, Slushii, SAYMYNAME, and many more. HARD Summer has always been a fest that has a little something for everyone, and this year’s lineup is no different. House music fans will be happy to see notable names such as Maya Jane Coles, Joyryde, and Solardo, whereas OG bass heads should be excited for a very special Old Skool Dubstep set from genre pioneer Skream!. For the hip hop heads, artists like Future, Iann Dior, 2 Chainz, and Don Toliver are among the biggest names. The announcement also includes some massive b2b sets, including DJ Snake b2b Malaa, RL Grime b2b Baauer, Valentino Kahn and 4B as Hulk Gang, and the debut of the new Bad Boys Club project from GG Magree and Cray.

With such a stacked lineup, many are eager to see how, and if, the festival will play out amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. “HARD will be working closely with local officials to implement necessary safety precautions and will follow state and local health guidelines in place at the time of the event,” a statement reads. How exactly that will work remains to be seen.

Tickets will be on sale starting April 2nd at 10am PST. Check out the hilarious announcement video featuring comedian Trevor Wallace disguised as DJ Crap My Pants below, and view the entire lineup here.
