Ironheart’s Terra Mariana EP brings a whole new feel to the field of electronic music. The average electronic release that makes its way to streaming platforms tends to have a common theme conveyed: a house or trap song fit for the clubs, a sad dance pop song that could or couldn’t not have future bass components – rinse and repeat.
Ironheart yings when others yang, clearly utilizing his multi-faceted music experience to challenge himself to do something different.
The results have been ground breaking. The EP, released on the hot dance label New Dawn Collective, oozes with an unmistakable presence straight from the renaissance era. Heavy metal guitar chugs, untamed bass and trance moments run wild, all directed by the melodies, instrumentation, and production which brings out the historical context that is intended.
It would be shocking to not see Ironheart go bigger in 2022, the concept at hand and the all new feel of his style on top of his multi-genre/multi-cultural input of the music sets him apart dramatically.
