Nothing is more electric in the modern world of dance music than taking a hit song from another genre and flipping it into a house heater. This is exactly what rising producer Isaac Palmer has done in his remix of Metro Boomin, Future, and Chris Brown’s “Superhero”. Kicking off with a thumping bassline and crisp snares, the track wholeheartedly embraces the original’s vocals and components of its beat. Centered around Future’s infectious rhymes, Isaac intricately weaves in techy effects and house-fueled sound design to heighten the energy in his “Superhero” edit.
Sharing his perspective on his rendition of “Superhero” and how it came about, Isaac says, “I heard the original from TikTok and started listening to it quite often in the car. I thought the horns were super catchy and could sound cool in a dance remix. I got to work and am very happy with what I ended up with! This one is for the club!” Released on prominent tech house imprint Hood Politics, Isaac’s “Superhero” flip is destined for the dance floor.
As riveting as this new house banger is, it’s far from the first Isaac has delivered since emerging onto the scene. At only 22 years old, he has already been featured on Loudkult, Spinnin’ Records, and more, as well as showcasing his remix creativity for The Chainsmokers and Ty Dolla $ign. The future looks extremely bright for Isaac while he continues to push his exotic signature style of house music.
