Jarreau Vandal Teams Up With Kojey Radical And Gaidaa

When three multi-talented names such as Jarreau Vandal, Kojey Radical and Gaidaa team up, the musical result is bound to be something groundbreaking. The three artists’ talent and versatility is unquestionable, as they all bring together different backgrounds and skills. Dutch producer Jarreau Vandal is known to combine the classic sounds of hip-hop, dancehall and more with electronic elements, while Gaidaa’s Sudanese and Dutch background allows her to blend moods and sounds in an equally impressive way. Kojey Radical on the other hand, is often described as a “renaissance man,” having expressed himself in the fields of dancing, film-directing, fashion and spoken word before emerging as a musician.

Their collaboration is titled “Nothing Nice” and it’s as impressive as expected. Out via Hear This Records, the short-but-sweet single offers minimal production, driven by trap-inspired percussion and jazzy chords. Kojey Radical’s and Gaidaa’s voices blend perfectly on the track, while Jarreau Vandal twists and turns the instrumental to fit their singing and rapping parts in a catchy way.
