John Summit and Gorgon City Team Up on ‘Is Everybody Having Fun?’

Today, John Summit and Gorgon City dropped their first ever collaboration, and it was long overdue. ‘Is Everybody Having Fun?’ features vocals from rhys from the sticks. John Summit and Gorgon City’s history dates all the way back to 2020, when they played a B2B in Chicago. Since then, John Summit has remixed ‘You’ve Done Enough’, and Gorgon City has remixed ‘Where You Are’.

John Summit said he wanted to kick off the summer with a “proper club record”, and that’s exactly what this is. ‘Is Everybody Having Fun?’ is a tech house track at heart, with undertones of that UK Garage sound that Gorgon City has been bringing to their latest tracks. Summit played this record during his 8+ hour marathon set at Club Space, and the track won the crowd over. With catchy lyrics and an infectious bassline, this song is going to be a smash hit on the dance floor.

While they have don’t have any upcoming B2B’s slotted, you can catch John Summit headlining Hǐ ibiza this weekend and next. This headlining slot is a massive accomplishment for the artist given the rarity of American DJ’s headlining the major Ibiza clubs. As for Gorgon City, they’ll be touring around both the US and Europe this summer. With John Summit and Gorgon City finally releasing their first ever collaboration, we can only hope this is the first of many to come. A potential collaboration album would send shockwaves through the electronic music world.
