Thomas Xavier Signs Single To G-Mafia Records ‘Level Up’

Having an explosive rise in 2021, Thomas Xavier has made yet another positive addition in the space EDM/house, now debuting on a label that has it’s own level of clout and productivity: G Mafia Records. The label is known for signing some talented, on-point artists who know how to bring righteous music to the masses. Xavier fits right in with the family, via his single “Level Up,” a well-named track given the circumstances and the sound collectively.

“Level Up,” shares a bit of a darker side that we’ve seen from the artist previously, specifically in the melodies and chords. The hi-hats and bass drum share a tech-house thump that’s wound tight, the vibrant patterns going abruptly silent and then coming back in, at times, to drive the suspense of the moment when needed. The female vocals at hand give the song a more light-hearted edge, getting cut-up, sampled, and looped; which instills more of a sound fit for the dance floor. On top of this, the drops get heavy, making the peak moments of the audio adventure something to remember.

Well over 300,000 streams across a handful of songs released since May, playing shows all across the USA since summer, and continuing to widen the spectrum of interest around his brand, Thomas Xavier is doing more in 1 year than most do over 5.

Set to release one more in December, more good times are expected to come from budding Thomas Xavier.
