LISTEN: INFEKT Presents A Masterclass Of Bass On “Monkey Dance”

Known as one of riddim’s most intense and skillful producers, Infekt continues to reign over the entire world with his mind-boggling style of dubstep. Hailing from Germany, Christian Fial has been one of the few bass music acts to be consistently touring the dubstep circuit since the mid-2000s. Infekt has worked his way up over the span of his decade-long career to now be playing some of the biggest dance music festivals across the world like EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and Rampage whilst consistently releasing a heavy release schedule of that old skool riddim sound through his record label, Disciple.

Highly touted as one of the best in his field, it’s no surprise to hear his track stand out on Disciple’s latest “Alliance Vol.7” compilation which featured tracks from Virtual Riot, Barely Alive, Ray Volpe, and many others. His offering “Monkey Dance” possesses an eruptive bassline that simply sends you into a trance of wobbles and bass. The track reels you in with a mischievous hook of distorted instrumentals and seamlessly builds up into an eruptive drop that will have your head banging against the rails. The playful energy of the track will do a number on the dancefloor and showcases Infekt’s position atop the upper echelons of bass music. We look forward to what lies ahead for the German mastermind.
