Putting Pennsylvania further on the EDM map, Marc Straight is a melodic dubstep-focused producer who assembles elements of fan favorite genres like trance, hip-hop and even orchestra into his work. He hopes to reach out to fans of different music tastes by blending these elements and introducing them to the world of EDM song by song. Continuing his journey through his forthcoming Beauty In Transience LP, Pennsylvania-based multi-hyphenate Marc Straight unveils his latest sonic offering “Still Here.”
“’Still Here’ is about trusting in someone, even through difficult times,” explains Straight on his new single. “It’s about knowing that even when your world is falling apart, you still have them by your side so you can endure anything. This was one of the first songs I made for the album so it’s pretty much one of the only optimistic parts of ‘Beauty In Transience.'” – Marc Straight
In tandem with the release of Beauty In Transience, Marc Straight will be releasing an album-forward video game. Utilizing his sonic soundscapes alongside his video game production prowess, his “Rhapsody” game launches late 2022. “Rhapsody” is a VR-style rhythm game featuring all tracks on Beauty In Transience. Players will be able to explore the created world through short stories. Beauty In Transience is due Marc 18th.
