Top 5: Unreleased Martin Garrix Tracks

From the age of 16 years old, Martin Garrix has had a significant impact on the dance music scene like no other. From his breakthrough hit ‘Animals’ to tracks such as ‘In The Name of Love’ and ‘Scared To Be Lonely’, Garrix has proven a lot in just a small time frame. That being said, there seems to be no sign of him slowing down anytime soon. With tonnes of unreleased ID’s to his name; being teased at festivals and on podcasts, Martin Garrix has definitely got people hungry for more.

Martin Garrix & Ed Sheeran – Rewind Repeat It

This collaboration, if it ever sees the light of day, would undeniably be a massive hit. It would definitely be one of Martin’s biggest releases. However, Garrix has stated that there were “label issues and a lot of headaches” and that “It was going to be an official track, so we postponed all my other singles, but the label delayed the track because they wanted to release other tracks from Ed first. At one point, it was two years ago, I didn’t release a radio single for five, six months. So, then you get annoyed. So, I don’t think we’re ever going to release the track.”

Let’s hope that all parties involved can come to an agreement to allow this incredible record to finally see an official release!

Martin Garrix & Hardwell – Music Box

Going all the way back to 2014, Hardwell showed off this one to the Tomorrowland crowd. With the break melodies coming from Martin Garrix and the drop from Hardwell, it seems like the perfect collaboration. There have been updated versions played out, giving the fans some hope that one day it will be released, fingers crossed!

Martin Garrix & Linkin Park – Waiting For Tomorrow

With this being a collaboration with Linkin Park, Martin Garrix announced around the time of Linkin Parks’ lead singer Chester Bennington unfortunate death that the track would be delayed indefinitely. This track is also known to be a collaboration with Pierce Fulton, it’s unknown whether or not he would be featured due to his recent change in music style.

Martin Garrix – Chinatown

This solo production from Martin Garrix was premiered at Ultra Miami 2017 and has only been played a handful of times since. It’s an excellent record, with some aspects being similar to his track ‘Oops‘. This track still has potential to be released, let’s hope it out soon!

Martin Garrix & Axwell /\ Ingrosso – ID

In an interview two years ago, Martin was asked about a potential collaboration with Axwell Ingrosso after teasing it online.

His response; “You’ll find out at Ultra [laughs]. I’m back in the studio with Ingrosso and Axwell tomorrow actually. We’re finishing up a track. We’re not happy with the drop yet. I may play it at Ultra, we’ll see how much work we get done. But yeah, we’re working on something and I’m really excited about it.”

With no news since and no knowledge of any public plays of the potential track, it seems unlikely that anything was finished. Let’s hope this can be revived and they can get back to the ideas they already conceptualised.

These were only 5 of the many unreleased tracks that Martin Garrix has under his belt. With all this music, at least we know there will never be a long music drought from the Martin Garrix camp. Let’s hope some aren’t dead and will see the light of day.
