After catching some serious start of the year buzz with “Antisec” a couple days earlier, deadmau5 has released the next installment of the We Are Friends – Volume 11 – today, January 6th.
The compilation album leads with the above mentioned deadmau5 single and rolls forward to reveal 26 single in it’s entirety. Astrobeat, ShadowStart, STAR SEED, LUPA, and Dustycloud are just some of the names you will see features amongst the thick lineup of artists.
Beautifully, the compilation is symbolic in the sense that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts,’ in the case. The tracks feel connected to one another and overall this just has the aesthetics that past We Are Friends contain.
