Prepare yourself to be consumed by the production talents of both Luxo and Max Low. If you know anything about each artist, you can safely say the single combines the best of both their styles all within one experience. “Mind Games,” is that peak moment deep in the night that sends the mood from good to great. Pitch-perfect basslines and fast-paced tech house percussion lay the ground work for raw synths and epic drops to properly do justice. The single is signed to CID’s label known as Night Service Only, a feat that is not easy to accomplish.
This is far from the first go around for both Luxo and Max Low. Luxo, a male solo DJ/producer, and Max Low, a female duo that both produce and DJ, have had years of experience when it comes to live events and time spent in the studio. The sacrifices over time where the nose was on the grindstone radiates through the standard set via this release.
Max Low are coming off their steamy EDC Las Vegas 2022 performance, a euphoric moment no doubt and another sign that they are in the inner circle when it comes to the Insomniac family. They have a love for house music and aren’t afraid to get into the weeds with what they make, not exporting a song until the moment is right.
Luxo certainly embraces a similar value system as Max Low, which could be why the two meld so well together. His house sound is distinct and all his own, showcasing tried and true fixtures that will turn heads for years to come.
