Naughty Dog has revealed their new project, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, during The Game Awards. This new title is set to be a major addition to the PlayStation 5’s exclusive lineup. The game places players in the shoes of Jordan A. Mun, a bounty hunter who finds herself stranded on the planet Sempiria, isolated for over 600 years after its communication with the outside universe ceased. Players will need to use all of Jordan’s skills and intelligence to survive and potentially be the first to leave the planet’s orbit in centuries.
Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann recently confirmed that Troy Baker, who famously voiced Joel in The Last of Us, will take on a leading role in Intergalactic. Baker, who has also lent his voice to characters such as Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, will play a key part in this ambitious new project.
