Nicky Romero Unleashes Energetic Club Monster, ‘I See’

With the New Year comes new beginnings, or at least according to famed house festival producer Nicky Romero. Although his repertoire has spanned the melodic styles (I Could Be The One, Love You Forever) to the electro (Toulouse, Ring The Alarm), as he begins 2020, he’s focusing on the latter in 2020 with a brand new ‘Redefined EP’.

A club-themed EP that highlights the sound he’s known for at mainstages, Redefined comes packaged with a world tour, 3-part documentary series and a merch line too. The lead single, ‘I See’, is just a tease of what’s still to come.

An addictive vocal hook leads in the first drop amidst some cracking percussion. After a scintillating build-up, the drop enters, replete with a future-house styled lead and a deep bassline. The pervasive white noise fills the highs, making it clear that this tune is suited even for the biggest of speakers.

When Nicky isn’t producing bangers like these, he loves to play Call of Duty with his Protocol family. He’s taking his passtime to the next level, soon headlining and playing at the inaugural Call of Duty League event in London on Feb 8 and 9.
