Notaker Returns To mau5trap With Exciting Single “SMYL”

Marking his second single this year, St. Louis-based DJ and producer Notaker has made his anticipated return to prolific dance label mau5trap with his brand new single “SMYL.” The talented artist began writing music in 2009 after attending his first electronic concert and downloading Logic Pro, and has seen massive success ever since. He has released chart-topping EPs with mau5trap and Monstercat, amassed millions of streams on digital platforms and has even landed on Rocket League’s in-game tracklist with one of his tunes.

“SMYL” (which stands for Show Me Your Love) comes after a short hiatus in 2020, and signals Notaker’s return to mau5trap after his EREBUS I EP, that came out on the label back in 2018. Driven by hard-hitting drums, ambient vocals and tasteful synth melodies, “SMYL” is without a doubt an impressive DJ weapon. The tune comes to digital platforms alongside two additional edits, an Extended Mix that takes listeners on a nearly six-minute journey, and a VIP, that sees Notaker flip “SMYL” into a faster-paced anthem of melodic drum & bass.

“Glad to be back once again with the mau5trap fam. I knew ‘SMYL’ was a perfect vibe for the label. Happy to make SMYL’s home with mau5trap,” says the talented producer.
