Las Vegas is set to welcome a new tropical retreat in May 2025 with the debut of Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM Grand. This venture, a collaboration between global live entertainment company Palm Tree Crew—founded by Kygo and Myles Shear—and hospitality leader Tao Group Hospitality, promises a high-end entertainment and leisure experience in the heart of the Strip.
Designed by the award-winning Rockwell Group, Palm Tree Beach Club will span nearly 60,000 square feet, offering a vibrant and eclectic tropical atmosphere. The venue will feature a saltwater pool, ground-level stage, 12 bungalows, 10 cabanas, daybeds, and chaise lounges, accommodating over 3,000 guests.
With its tropical oasis design and emphasis on top-tier service, Palm Tree Beach Club aims to become a staple destination for Las Vegas visitors. The partnership combines Tao Group’s expertise in hospitality with Palm Tree Crew’s reputation for crafting unique live music events, setting the stage for a dynamic addition to the entertainment landscape.
“For the past four years, Palm Tree Crew has been committed to creating unforgettable live music experiences around the world, and as we continue to expand into the hospitality sector, it’s only fitting for Palm Tree Crew to take on the ultimate entertainment spot: Las Vegas,” said Myles Shear, Palm Tree Crew co-founder. “We’ve been working closely with our friends at Tao Group Hospitality and MGM Grand for a long time and cannot wait to bring the Palm Tree Crew spirit to the Strip.”
Palm Tree Beach Club is poised to redefine poolside experiences on The Strip, bringing chart-topping performers and a luxurious setting to Las Vegas for the 2025 season and beyond.
“We constantly innovate and strive to be at the forefront of hospitality. When the prospect of creating a new venue with Kygo, Myles Shear and their Palm Tree Crew brand presented itself, we jumped at the opportunity to bring a new boutique, festival-style experience to the Las Vegas market for the first time,” said Jason Strauss, Tao Group Hospitality Co-CEO.
“Palm Tree Crew, Kygo and Tao Group are a perfect match as they all focus on creating one of a kind, unforgettable experiences that bring people together through live entertainment,” said Ari Kastrati, MGM Resorts’ Chief Content, Hospitality & Development Officer. “We are grateful for our continued partnership with Tao Group and look forward to our new relationship with Palm Tree Crew as we offer our MGM Grand guests a dynamic, new experience that further enhances our entertainment portfolio.”
