Rising star of the electronic scene, Edinburgh-raised POCKET, is set to release his debut EP, ‘Love Disc,’ on June 23rd under Helix Records.
The EP announcement is accompanied by the release of a new single titled “Evergreen (ft. kloe)” which showcases a fun-loving house instrumental complemented by kloe’s heartfelt lyrics and stunning vocals.
POCKET describes “Evergreen” as a simple yet standout track that serves as a love letter to long-distance relationships. He takes pride in creating something sweet and warm that defies the expectations of the UK house and dance music scene.
The EP demonstrates the artists’ diverse musical approach, incorporating a range of styles and genres.
While “U (ft. BRONZE AVERY)” blends pop, house, and UK garage, with POCKET’s light instrumental complementing BRONZE AVERY’s powerful vocals, “Crying at Supermac’s” brings together his unique style, reminiscent of classic Burial, with satisfying vocal chops and intricate production.
POCKET has garnered recognition early in his career, being named one of the top 25 artists to watch in 2022 by Mixmag and receiving playlist support from Flume, DJ Seinfeld, and Salute. He has also remixed for Charli XCX, performed alongside Porter Robinson and Fred Again, and received support from influential DJs and publications.
