Regional Mexican Music Gets a Bold New Platform: Grupo Linea Joins Jared Gutstadt’s Audio Chateau Records

The rising Latin group released their debut album “EL” and sets sights on a historic CMA Fest performance

As the music landscape continues evolving, one music label is investing on a sound that’s both deeply traditional and unapologetically modern. Audio Chateau, the label arm of Audio Up Media and the brainchild of media innovator Jared Gutstadt, has just signed Grupo Linea—an electrifying Latin group redefining regional Mexican and Corridos music for a new generation.

If you haven’t heard of Grupo Linea yet, you will soon. The group first broke out on the popular reality show Mucho Talento, where they captured the attention of audiences across the U.S. with their heartfelt lyrics and unique stage presence. Today, they’ve released their debut album, GL—a project that marks the start of a bold new chapter in their story.

Before their debut album, Grupo Linea worked with some of the biggest names in pop music. They collaborated with Poo Bear, an industry legend and Grammy-winning producer behind Justin Bieber hits and the Despacito remix. For Poo Bear, the Audio Chateau and Gutstadt stamp of approval opens up doors far beyond music..

“Collaborating with Jared always leads to unexpected and exciting musical journeys—whether it’s writing songs together for legends Bob Dylan or DJ Khaled, Steven Tyler or Nicky Jam or upstarts like Grupo Linea and Randy Savvy of the Compton Cowboys,” said Poo Bear. “Together, we’ve created powerful moments for major sports brands like the Miami Marlins, UFC, and Pro Bull Riders. Now, we’re bringing that same creative energy to a bold new fusion: blending the raw spirit of Compton Cowboys street country with the rhythms of regional Mexican music.”

Grupo Linea’s match with Audio Chateau Records is a natural fit. Gutstadt, known for discovering and developing genre-defying talent, has helped shape careers like those of Lil Dicky and Jelly Roll. Now, Grupo Linea joins a diverse roster that includes everything from cowboy hip-hop to comedic alter egos.

“Grupo Linea embodies what we strive to achieve at Audio Chateau Records—they bring a dynamic perspective to traditional genres and fearlessly push boundaries,” said Gutstadt. “We’re confident that their talent, combined with our specialty in shaping the sound and image of artists, will make them a significant force in the music industry.”

Next up? A historic appearance at Audio Chateau’s event which will take place during CMA Fest in Nashville. Grupo Linea hopes to lead a wave of Latino groups who blend their world into Nashville’s country music scene.

“Music brings humans together and we’re on a mission to share our sound with anybody who will listen,” said Alfredo Sepulveda, the group’s lead singer. “We’re honored to join the Audio Chateau family, excited to work with Jared Gutstadt, and hopeful that country music can become a playground for us to collaborate with big names—adding our Spanish twist.”

With the backing of Audio Chateau and a fearless approach to genre fusion, Grupo Linea is poised to bring regional Mexican music to audiences far beyond its traditional roots.
