3 members of the fast rising 9-member group seeyousoon have dropped some magic between them that’s worth the listen. Mitch$$$, Joshua and producer Bad One, and the 3 of the 6 who teamed up for something special here, a new vibe titled “six phase.” Featuring lush sondscapes and a chill melody, the percussion gets technical as all of it is glued together with a well-positioned electronic sonic inclusion.
All based in Florida and Mitch$$$ being based out of Orlando, he has many influences that comes into play on his own works. Two in particular being Nas’s, Stillmatic, and Kanye West’s, 808’s and Heartbreaks. Perhaps this is where he draws from when it comes to his metaphysical feeling verses that showcase depth and meeting.
