Following on from the return of Swedish House Mafia, members Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso recently resurrected their dormant Buy Now alias, which hadn’t been heard of since 2008. They worked with friend Salvatore Ganacci on ‘Let You Do This’, an amazing funky house offering.
The duo has now released even more new music, via a two-track EP. Both ‘Church’ and ‘Speak Up’ are collaborations with major talents PARISI. Created at Church studios in London (where the EP and single got its name) – the two records are a step away from the sounds that may appear from the Swedish House Mafia. It’s good to have the Buy Now outlet to experiment with a range of sounds that may not be a typical “EDM” song. Both these productions are awesome but certainly will not be a major success with the wider audience. Either way, it’s amazing to see more Buy Now music, hopefully, it doesn’t stop.
