SUPER COMPUTER Bring Electro Back With ‘ORDINATEUR’

SUPER COMPUTER, the mysterious DJ and producer duo and first electronic act signed to Oliver Tree’s label Alien Boy Records, has dropped their debut EP ORDINATEUR. Blending techno, house, bass, industrial, trap, and dance music, the six-track EP showcases their genre-hopping sound.

The duo, known only as X&Y, first appeared on Oliver Tree’s “Essence” from his 2023 album Alone In A Crowd. Their contribution quickly garnered attention, earning over 20 million streams, and they made their live debut at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in June.

With an intriguing backstory, the pair claim to have met in 2011 while working for an international hacktivist group, stating their anonymity is due to their roles in exposing corruption over the past 15 years. They’ve been crafting this project over the last four years while seeking asylum across Europe, blending their backgrounds in computer engineering with their passion for electronic music.

Their journey with Alien Boy Records began with the October 2023 release of the gritty electro anthem “ORDINATEUR,” followed by “CYBER PHONK” in November, exploring the growing Phonk genre with its mix of trap and electronic sounds. February’s “WELCOME TO HELL” fused heavy metal and bass, creating an unpredictable sonic experience.

Now, ORDINATEUR presents three more tracks, including “PLEASE COME BACK” with its catchy, pitched-up chorus, and “EARTHQUAKE,” a trap-infused, bass-heavy festival favourite. The EP solidifies SUPER COMPUTER as an innovative force in electronic music.
