Swerve Collective Creations has some interesting vibes that are surrounding it. They have dropped Swerve Miami Sampler ’22,’ which features 4-tracks and gives a nice taste of what the collective is all about. Electronic musician Seanyy is the founder of the collective, though not featured on this particular compilation release. With that said, it’s safe to say he played a role in the curation process – nailing a well-balanced vibe which make it’s hard to oppose what Swerve Collective Creations is able to bring to the table.
“Come With Me” by Aitor Hertz, launches things off beautifully with a bouncy 128BPM original featuring influences of future house. The tune is upbeat and radiates positive vibes. Bonkr follows up this single with “Let Me Be,” thumping piano house and a neutral atmosphere making this tune a fitting next one up. Jake & Alvar’s “Don’t Tell Me (That You’re Leaving),” explodes with spice and infection, showcasing a high-pace flow that hit’s the spot on many levels. Boasting sophistication and technicality, the closing release “Thinking About You,” goes beyond any expectations that could of been set for it. A neat and tidy closer, the tune has a certain reflective element to it that gives a sense of completion to what was just experienced.
This collective is on to something and Swerve Miami Sampler ’22,’ is just piece of evidence as to why. Swerve Collective Creations has more of where this is coming from in 2022, don’t sleep on what they are serving up.
