Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is the latest installment in the Black Ops series, developed by Treyarch in collaboration with several other Activision studios. Launching 25th of October, this game introduces several new features and gameplay mechanics that promise to enhance the experience for players. Before its release, testing will be conducted via the beta, which will feature new maps, the ability to build custom loadouts, and a wide array of weapons, equipment, and perks. If you’ve pre-purchased the game, you’ll also get to play as characters from the Hunters vs. Hunted Operator Pack and test out weapons from the Mastercraft Weapon Collection.
Dates:
Weekend One: August 30 – September 4
Weekend One is available to all players who have pre-ordered the game across all platforms (console and PC). Weekend One starts on Friday, August 30 at 10AM PT and will shut down on Wednesday, September 4 at 10AM PT.
Players who preorder digitally will not require a Beta code to participate in the first weekend and will be automatically registered to participate in the Early Access Period. Download the Beta from the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store, Battle.net, or Steam.
Weekend Two: September 6 – 9
The second Beta weekend is available to for all players on all platforms, and is scheduled to begin on Friday September 6 at 10AM PT, and end on Monday September 9 at 10AM PT.
The rewards and required levels are as follows:
- Level 2: “Beta Tester” Animated Emblem
- Level 6: “Beta Tag” Spray
- Level 11: “No Bugs” Weapon Charm
- Level 15: “Quick Draw” Emote
- Level 20: “Squish” Westpoint Operator Skin (only unlockable during Weekend One)
- Level 20: “Squash” Westpoint Operator Skin (unlocked during either Weekend)
- Level 23: “The Truth Lies” Loading Screen
- Level 27: “Beta Expert” Animated Calling Card
- Level 30: “Bug Smasher” Weapon Blueprint
