There’s always a trillion things happening during Miami Music Week and unfortunately you can’t do it all, but one thing you can’t miss is “The Masquerade Miami”. No, it’s not a romantic ball from a cheesy novel sitting in the clearance section. It’s a momentous electronic event, carefully curated by the mysterious Claptone who has sculpted his overflowing fantasies into an exceedingly immersive world of wonder and absurdity.
Even if feathered masks, ballroom blowouts, and secret societies aren’t your cup of tea, it’s remarkable lineup might seduce you. It features house music big hitters like James Hype and Ferreck Dawn, a unique disco house set from Marc Rousso, and even a secret special guest. Most notably, though, is the huge headliner: Fatboy Slim, the UK’s legendary funk soul brother.
The Masquerade Miami welcomes all, but attracts the wild and whimsical. The show is taking place in Miami on March 23rd of this year at Hyde Beach & SLS South Beach. Bring your mask and join the crowd that will flood the beach with hedonistic mystique.
