Top ADE Events: Musical Freedom, AMF, 15 Years Of Tomorrowland & More

With ADE dropping most of their events and some panels, we’ve made a list of some of the best events happening this October for fans of the Big room, progressive, and Main Events. From special one-off events to annual recurring events, each has the potential to be a highlight of the week.

When you’ve spent the day running around Amsterdam and the panels, what better way to cap the day off with than ADE’s once in a lifetime event schedule around one of Europe’s best cities. We’ve picked some of the best on show so far in order to experience ADE.

Mattise & Sadko and Friends – Wednesday 16/10

For their first-ever event, the Russian brothers have created Matisse & Sadko and Friends. This event will host themselves of course along with many friends including surprise guests, with special B2B’s this event has potential to be a great time! However with events such as Protocol, Carnage + Friends, Spinnin’ Sessions and Moksi + Friends taking place on the Wednesday also, there will definitely be some competition.

Musical Freedom 10 Year Anniversary – Thursday 17/10

To celebrate 10 years of Tiësto’s imprint Musical Freedom they will be holding their own event at the iconic AIR. The night will feature Tiësto himself along with Musical Freedom acts and guests. Currently releasing some of the hottest dance music right now, Musical Freedom is not going to disappoint with this lineup. For it’s 10th anniversary, I’m sure they’ll be some surprises in store. Our Story – Celebrating 15 years of Tomorrowland – Thursday/Friday 17-18/10

On Thursday the 17th, and Friday the 18th of October, the Ziggo Dome will be taken over by Tomorrowland in celebration of their 15th anniversary. With acts already announced such as Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki + many more. It’s great to see Tomorrowland step out of Belgium for this special event. Martin Garrix Friday/Saturday 18-19/10

Martin Garrix will held his annual individual show at Amsterdam RAI. There will be an all ages show on the Saturday, as well as the 18+ show on the Friday. After both shows sold out last year, this is sure to do the same. With Martin’s friends and STMPD artists likely to support, this will be an amazing 7 hour show! More information and tickets.


Amsterdam Music Festival (AMF) – Saturday 19/10

AMF returns, just like every year – this time with a stellar phase one lineup with Jonas Blue, Armin van Buuren and Tiësto. After last years crazy event, expectations are high for this iteration and with the more acts to be added to the lineup – it will likely be the highlight of the ADE week, especially with 40k fans.
