Top 5 Things You Cannot Miss at Ultra Music Festival 2022

Ultra Music Festival is well…BIG! While visiting, you might feel overwhelmed by all the great artists to see and events to attend. No worries friend, we’ve got your back! Here’s our top 5 list of things that you can’t to miss at Ultra 2022. 

  1. Hardwell’s Potential Return

Ultra have had many surprise acts on their lineups over the years past, including Swedish House Mafia and this year they have been teasing a Surprise artist whose name will start with a G, H or I as on the prominent lineup, one blurred out name appears between artists Gareth Emery and Illineum in alphabetical order.  The Ultra press release notes … “Ultra Music Festival is incredibly honored to present the highly-anticipated performance of one of the most iconic artists in electronic music history as Sunday’s closing act.”

The return of Hardwell has been rumored and the above evidence seems to suggest that Hardwell will indeed return to close the 22nd edition of Ultra Miami on Sunday, March 27, be there to find out! 

  1. The return to Bayfront Park

After a two year break thanks to COVID and a year in Virginia Park that may not have gone as well as hoped, Ultra return to their rightful home of Bayfront Park. The memories all live at Bayfront and the return will be more than exciting. Having not been there since 2018, the return has been brewing and will certainly be one of the highlights for this iteration. 

  1. Mainstage sets by Kygo, David Guetta, Tiesto & More

This year’s Mainstage Lineup is bigger and better than ever before! In addition to hosting the festival’s mysterious final closing act on Sunday, Ultra’s Main Stage will also welcome many stadium-smashing end-of-night performances from superstar DJs Kygo, Illenium, David Guetta, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Alesso, Oliver Heldens, Afrojack, and FISHER.   1. A State Of Trance celebrates 10 year Ultra anniversary with the worldwide debut of Armin van Buuren B2B Reinier Zonneveld [Live]

The Worldwide Stage will kick off on Friday with Armin van Buuren’s world-famous A State of Trance hosting its 10th Ultra Music Festival takeover featuring two special performances from the ASOT founder: he and Reinier Zonneveld will play their first ever b2b set off the back of their new single “Dance Again,” followed by an unforgettable closing set from Armin himself. Additionally, if you are a trance lover you can catch Friday performances from industry trendsetters like Vini Vici, Gareth Emery, Andrew Rayel, Aly & Fila, Sander van Doorn, and Avira.

  1. Live Stage

The Live Stage will host a plethora of dynamic Live performances this year, with Friday’s roster including Pendulum’s genre-crossing set, Alison Wonderland’s spellbinding magic, KSHMR’s special reinterpretation of The Live Experience, preceded by Madeon’s mesmerizing live performance, SOFI TUKKER’s inclusive, feel-good dance party, and Gareth Emery’s exclusive global debut of his Analog album and live show. Sunday will commence with SLANDER’s first-ever live Ultra performance accompanied by their pop singer-songwriter collaborator Dylan Matthew, which will follow debut festival sets from Oliver Tree and singer-songwriter-producer Elohim.
