Ukrainian Producer Haxxy Reemerges with Raw, No-Rules ‘Heartbleed EP’

Ukrainian producer Haxxy has released Heartbleed EP via Biome Recordings, his first proper drop in years. The release is focused, stripped-back, and avoids chasing any particular trend or format.

Written during a long creative break, the EP leans into minimal, clean production—nothing feels forced or overworked. “After a long creative silence, for the first time in years, I stopped thinking about genres, rules, or expectations—and that’s where I found myself,” Haxxy said. That mindset carries through every track.

Haxxy’s been around. He won the Avicii X You contest in 2013, was named Best Musician in Ukraine by Kiss FM the next year, and has had support from acts like Above & Beyond, Don Diablo, and Maceo Plex. Still, Heartbleed isn’t about resume-building. It’s just a direct reflection of where his head’s at now.

“This one’s a turning point,” he said. “It wasn’t just me creating—it felt like something flowing through me.” That’s about as much context as the music needs.
