EAV (Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung) – Ba-Ba Banküberfall

When I was young, I was still a little rowdy boy, and I used to hear the song “Ba-Ba-Bankrobbery” a lot. So cool to hear this song again now haha.

The Prodigy – Out Of Space

And I also remember this song very well. What a crazy song that was back then. I still love it today.

Coolio – Gangsta’s Paradise

When I used to meet with my friends back then, we listened to this one very much. This is an absolute classic! This song is absolutely timeless.

Mr Oizo – Flat Beat

Just like this one. That bassline! Outstanding! This song has shaped my way of producing music so blatantly. So simple and so cool. There are just so many good songs from the past.

Fatboy Slim – Rockafeller Skank

Here are a few more that have stuck in my mind to this day. Ah yes. That vocal that completely eats into your brain. How I loved that song. Especially when the voice gets faster and faster.

Beastie Boys – Intergalactic

Most awesome and funny music video of its time. I always think about it when I hear this video.

2Pac – Changes

That is a feeling. Not only because of the tragic death. Listening to this song triggers an inner peace in me. Perfect to relax.

Faithless – Insomnia

Outstanding, the melody in the break. There is no person who does not know this melody. And if we are honest, the beginning of the song could have been left out completely.

Stardust – Music Sounds Better With You

Oh yeah. It’s time to drive Cabrio into the sunset. It always reminds me of balmy summer nights with friends. What we sang and laughed.

Metallica – Nothing Else Matters

I just love this song. So beautiful and mega produced. Hats off. This is a song I will always be able to listen to. I still remember exactly how I saw it for the first time on TV.
