Sam Allan Drops ‘Why Don’t You Love Me’ on Thomas Gold’s Fanfare Records

A moving deep house aura enters the room as soon as the play button is pushed on “Why Don’t You Love Me.’ Moving and heart-wrenching all in same go, it’s clear Sam Allan hasn’t lost his touch during the holiday season. Smooth percussion and well-written toplines surround the deep energy, all coming together to capture an unforgettable experience that’s also pitch-perfect for the club setting.

Sam Allan grew up in New York and was all about a variety of music genres. Rock, rap, and pop were a few of his go-to’s. He had no idea at the time that it would be laying a foundation that he would begin building upon. While venturing through NYC, he found the venue Twilo which brought international DJ’s to the venue on Fridays. This would be a game-changing moment for Sam Allan. He soon took up the instrument of DJing, eventually playing venues himself including Marquee, Schimanski, LAVO, and Brooklyn Mirage Avant Gardner. In 2015, he began diving into the production side of things, developing his skill to go along with the DJ energy he was bringing to the city.

Now the two compound together and help amplify his status that much more for all the right reasons.

Sam Allan isn’t going anywhere, boasting music with serious earworm sensibilities.

“It was great having the opportunity to work with Daudia on my newest original ‘Why Don’t You Love Me.’ We’re really excited to finally be able to share it with everybody, especially on a label as notable as Thomas Gold’s Fanfare Records.” – Sam Allan
