In the daytime, the festival exuded a laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere, embracing art in every nook and cranny. The Quartz stage, adorned with beautiful canopies, became a daytime sanctuary, featuring plenty of flow artists to either join or simply appreciate visually. The art display tent, hosting live artists painting away, was another daytime gem, showcasing incredible talent and inspiring creativity. One particularly cherished moment for me was a large wooden canvas on the ground with a sign reading “community art canvas,” surrounded by paint brushes and paint, where kids, adults, and artists alike came together for a beautiful mosaic of creative expression, all free of charge.

let’s talk about the sunset sets at the Emerald stage – an enchanting experience as it faces the setting sun, providing a backdrop for awe-inspiring performances. As the night unfolded, the school bus emerged as a cool late-night feature, its speakers resonating with sets from artists like Seppi, Sickfloyd, and Eyechronic. The bus’s interior was nothing short of extraordinary, setting the stage for high vibes that lasted well into the night.
Against this backdrop, Gem & Jam welcomed a vibrant community of 4,500 guests throughout the weekend, creating an atmosphere filled with music, art, and unforgettable moments. On Sunday night, the Emerald Stage witnessed the debut of Andy Frasco & the U.N., delivering a raucous, two-hour set filled with their signature playful antics and Frasco’s cheeky storytelling. A delightful surprise unfolded as Frasco invited lespecial on stage for an impromptu, hard-hitting sit-in, capturing the magic in a 2-minute video clip for everyone to relive.

A match that seems made in heaven has finally come to fruition. Melbourne house producer has released ‘On My Body’ through YouTube channel and label Chill Your Mind. The track is actually a touch different for JYYE, who focus on a more summer and uplifting feel compared to this production. This release however has a more dark and punchy feel and we love it!

Yesterday Henry celebrated his birthday and today he celebrates his next release on Showtek’s Skink imprint. ‘Rave Tool’ is a high energy production, something Henry Fong is accustomed to making at this point.

Julian Jordan is back on good friend Martin Garrix’s STMPD imprint with ‘Bassline’. As suggested by the name, this is a bass filled record ready for the main room. Julian has been releasing some incredible tracks these days and whilst this isn’t his best, it’s still a banging production!
