A24 Unveils First Look at Nathan Fielder’s Elizabeth Holmes Film ‘You Can See Everything’

The first trailer has officially landed for You Can See Everything, the highly anticipated new documentary about notorious Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes from filmmakers Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim. Brought to audiences by A24, the film offers an unprecedented look at her final days of freedom before heading to prison.

Having just held its world premiere as a secret screening today at the 2026 Telluride Film Festival, the project is already generating immense buzz. The festival debut finally pays off a major industry mystery that began circling last year. Back in March 2025, film insider Jeff Sneider broke the scoop that Fielder had been making multiple visits to Holmes at FPC Bryan, the minimum-security prison in Texas where she is serving her sentence. At the time, the project was described merely as a top-secret documentary, and the exact nature of the collaboration remained completely unknown until the trailer dropped.

The official synopsis reveals a gripping premise. Just 34 days before she is sent to prison, Holmes invites a sceptical film crew to document her every move. Following the spectacular collapse of her defunct health technology company Theranos, what begins as an intimate portrait transforms into a three-year journey into the abyss. Fielder and Oppenheim co-directed the project, bringing their signature blend of deadpan observation and stylised documentary filmmaking to the subject. The film also features an original score by composer Ari Balouzian, providing a fitting musical backdrop for this surreal final chapter of the Theranos saga.

A24 is slated to release You Can See Everything in cinemas this October.
