Nate Mars Taps Liondub, Tim Reaper, Starkey To Create Unique Remixes Of ‘In Time’ EP

Nate Mars is sharing his follow up project, In Time (Remixes). This collection, an expansion to his In Time EP from last November, boasts remixes by renowned and diverse artists Liondub, Tim Reaper, and Starkey, each adding their distinct flair. Additionally, Mars introduces “Parallelogram,” a new original track showcasing his unique style.

Liondub kicks off the collection with a reimagined “In Time,” infusing the original with a eased drum and bass rhythm. This New York-based artist, known for blending Jamaican Roots Reggae, UK Jungle, Hip-Hop, and Dubstep, delivers a tight, clean mix that engages listeners from the start. Liondub’s global recognition comes from his collaborations with iconic artists across various genres.

Tim Reaper, founder of Future Retro London and a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe nominee, offers a sophisticated remix of “Starting Over.” His take focuses on percussion and rhythm, incorporating rave stabs from the original, staying true to classic jungle music’s spirit. Reaper, a.k.a. Ed Alloh, has gained prominence in the jungle and breakbeat hardcore scene, skillfully blending vintage and modern sounds.

Philadelphia’s Starkey remixes “To Kill A DJ” with a unique blend of dub/reggae and UKG elements, creating a dystopian soundscape. Known for his diverse, genre-crossing productions, Starkey, or PJ Geissinger, continues to impress with his innovative music style.

Finally, Mars’ “Parallelogram” displays his mastery in drum and bass/UKG. The track features metallic percussion, fast-acting breaks, and thick basslines, showcasing Mars’ ability to surprise with every moment. His collaboration with Dia Luna on “Out of The City” has already achieved success, exemplifying his talent in blending acid techno with pop sensibility.

With In Time (Remixes), Nate Mars not only revisits his roots but also pushes the boundaries of dance music, reminiscent of influential artists like Moby, The Prodigy, and Jamie xx. This release promises an immersive experience, perfect for the dance floor or a late-night drive.
