Pulse Events is ringing in the Lunar New Year with a flourish, announcing the much-anticipated second edition of the Spring Festival: Lunar New Year Celebration. Scheduled for February 18 and 19, 2024, this extravaganza is set to light up Avant Gardner in Brooklyn, NY, marking a fusion of the Chinese New Year and the advent of spring as per the Lunar calendar.
This year’s lineup boasts the presence of two headlining giants in the electronic music scene: SLANDER and Alan Walker. SLANDER, a GRAMMY-nominated duo, is no stranger to Avant Gardner, having left an indelible mark with their performance alongside Kill The Noise in March 2023. With two RIAA gold certificates and acclaimed performances at global festivals like Tomorrowland and EDC Las Vegas, they promise to deliver an electrifying blend of melodic bass music.
Joining them is Alan Walker, the Norwegian platinum-certified artist known for his unique genre-melding sounds. Making his debut at a Pulse Events production, Walker brings with him an impressive portfolio, including multiple Best Norwegian Act awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards and the title of Best Breakthrough Artist at the International Dance Music Awards in 2018.
Since its inception in 2015, Pulse Events has steadily grown as a key player in the Asian-American electronic music market, hosting an array of prominent artists and producing world tours for celebrated South Korean acts like EXO and Big Bang.
