The most flavorful part of America’s most loved music festival of the year has just been revealed — the food!
Packing plates and bevs from over 65 of the world’s top food purveyors, Coachella’s 23rd edition is shaping up to be a multi-sensory buffet. Topping the bill are super secret speakeasies, storytelling with a saucy spread at Aperol Aperitivo Italiano, and Jim Denevan’s multi-course sit down dining experiences aptly known as Outstanding in the Field. There are even a number of dishes designed and prepared by the world’s top chefs to be as iconic as the stars onstage.
